How to use:
1. Cool it (optional): The inner gel is naturally cool. For extra cooling, place the mask in the fridge before use and always check the temperature for comfort.
2. Put it on: Slide over your head, position the U-shaped cut-out comfortably around your nose. Wear with eyes exposed or pulled down to cover your eyes.
3. Important: Do not cover your nose or mouth.
