Shipping and Delivery

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms of Service

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Once your order is packaged. You will receive an email with tracking information. All our postage is "to be signed for"; a recipient must be available to sign for the package upon delivery. If no one is home, a card is typically left, and the parcel is taken to a local post office or depot for collection, where a signature is required to pick it up. Some delivery services have updated to a "signature with authority to leave" default, which means a package might be left in a safe place if a customer has authorised it, even if a signature is technically required by the sender.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for most products (Note: you will be advised on the website if an item is not). Pickups are available Monday - Friday, 9.30 am - 2.30 pm and on request for weekends if agreed with the Store. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready to be picked up. This will include the address and times available - Buyer needs to confirm on pickup times and dates.

Shipping Fees
We offer shipping through Australia Post

Standard Postage - 2-6 business days

Unfortunately, shipping is expensive and prices are always on the increase, making it tough for little businesses like ours to compete with the big fellas! Your total shipping cost will be calculated when you check out and is based on size, weight and distance. Rather than offering "free" shipping and charging more for our products, we try to keep all of our prices across the store as low as possible (without us going broke, of course!).

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of being submitted, Monday through Friday, if all items are in stock. We use Australia Post because, in our experience, they are the most reliable in getting orders delivered successfully and in a timely manner. If you provide an email address with your order, you will receive tracking updates from them so you can see when your order will arrive at your door.* Please note that some surcharges apply to postage for bulkier items and will be indicated on the product’s page.

Express Postage - 1-3 business days

We love getting your goodies delivered to you as soon as possible, so if you select Express Post, we will endeavour to send your order out as soon as possible. For expected delivery times, please see the Australia Post Website here for approximate delivery times. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. Although we will ship your order as soon as possible, the delivery time is out of our control once it is in the hands of Australia Post. Unfortunately, as a small business, we do not offer same-day delivery.
