Exerciser & Fidgeting Sensory Kit
We affectionately refer to this kit as the "losing your sh#t kit". We do have a version literally labelled with that listed separately. However, if, for you, those words aren't appropriate, then this is for you. Both kits are identical except for name.
This kit is curated to offer practical support during moments of intense emotions. It can serve as a more effective redirection tool than less effective options that may put the individual or others at risk. It is recommended to use these tools before reaching a 10/10 on the emotional scale, as the "heavy work" can help calm the "red" brain before it gets to 'defcon' level.
This set really comes into its own for tweens and teens (& beyond) who are flipping their lids.
Great to keep on desk at home or school for them to channel their hormones and emotions into a rather than throwing the desk or other items. IF you know what I am talking about as you read this, then this kit is for you, I promise.
Also great for hand function, hand strengthening & hand exercises. Used effectively in dementia care also, especially for men, but not exclusively.
We love it for the fidgeting & emotional regulation power these treasures hold!
