This Sensory Fidget Pen by Kaiko is more than just a functional writing tool. It features a spinning top section. The space between the two black 'balls' allows the thumb to comfortably nestle to flick it to spin, providing a satisfying and focus-enhancing experience. The spin is not completely silent, but still quiet enough to avoid distractions. The top section has two small dots also used for sensory input.
